We shall process your request for help within three working days of receiving the completed form, advising you by e-mail of progress in dealing with the request until the problem has been solved.

WHICH DISPLAY(S) DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT?
Carefully specify the malfunctioning device(s), copying the precise product details and serial numbers shown on their type plates. If you cannot read the type plate, then carefully describe the location of the device. In a row of several devices, specify the position of the faulty device counting from left to right, as viewed from the front.
Take a camera or mobile phone picture of the malfunctioning device or of the fault notification that it is displaying where possible. You may e-mail this picture in reply to the autoresponder message received from the helpdesk when you submit this request for help.
